Consulting

Consulting here means a target architecture, a sequence of moves, and owners. We cover data platforms, AI/agent readiness, and cloud operating models.

Typical outputs: current-state map, target, risks, 90-day plan, and the product choices (ingestion, semantic layer, AgentOps, cost) that should be bought vs built. We will stay to implement if you want the same team on the build.

We work with founders, CTOs, and data leads who need a decision they can fund — not an 80-page PDF. Sessions stay short; the artefact is a plan with named owners.

Service 03

Training

Classroom theory does not move a warehouse or an agent into production. We train on the jobs your people already have: modelling, quality, agent evaluation, cloud cost, and delivery habits.

Formats: intensive workshops, cohort programmes, and paired work on a live backlog. Materials stay with you. We can certify internally against the products you adopted from us.

Cohorts are typically 8–20 people. Workshops run 1–3 days, privately on-site or remote, on your stack and your examples — not a generic vendor deck.

Partnership

Partnership is for companies that want a stable squad on data, AI, and cloud products for quarters, not sprints. We share a backlog, a quality bar, and a commercial model that does not restart every SOW.

You keep architecture ownership. We bring productised delivery (the CM Products) plus software and consulting capacity. Best fit when you are done hiring a new vendor for every initiative.

Usually a named squad of 2–8 with a quarterly review. IP on your systems stays yours; we license the CM Products you adopt. Pricing is built to be the cheapest serious option in the industry without cutting the craft.
